Experience

Researcher Engineer

COPPETEC/Shell

Researcher at the Interdisciplinary Fluid Dynamics Center (NIDF) investigating the scaling of calcium carbonate in production pipe and offshore production equipments. Contributing in the development of chemical speciation of electrolyte system software and in the development of predictive models for the calcium carbonate deposition with the validation with experimental data.

January 2020 - Present

Researcher Engineer

COPPETEC/Petrobras

Developments of dynamic models for temperature swing adsorption for methane dehydration at ATOMS laboratory.

2019 - 2019

Visiting Researcher

COPPETEC/Petrobras

Acting as a visiting researcher in a project with CENPES on the theme of modeling, control and monitoring processes of pre-salt replicating platforms. Worked in the development of computational tools for an EMSO simulator interface with HTTP services and Python language. Inference applications of flow variables in production lines were studied.

2018

Engineering Researcher

COPPETEC/Petrobras

Worked on the implementation of a new thermodynamic model; Construction of the virtual plant; Implementation of control algorithms; Tests and support for the implementation of advanced control on platforms; Preparation of technical reports; Analysis and interpretation of results; Dissemination of results; Monitoring of project goals and indicators.

2015 - 2017

Engineering Researcher

COPPETEC/Petrobras

Conducted research related to the statistical monitoring of continuous processes applied to compression systems of offshore platforms; Development of a computational module with the creation of a software specification report; Monitoring of project goals and indicators.
